With urbanisation comes changes in cityscapes that have affected open city spaces creating challenges particularly in left over and abandoned space.
AVUCITYSPACE explores how architecture through a rethinking of urban design can enhance city’s character, transforming challenges into opportunities and initiate policy formulation regarding [public] spaces around and within developments

The African United Park, the brainchild of Dr Ngomo, would be the first of its kind, in the continent. Designed by a specialist consultancy team, would be an attempt at “by us – for us” whilst generating discourse on identity, city space and African Unity.
